Since 1992, Liz Shapiro has been one of the top legal recruiters in Philadelphia. Liz began her career at a marketing firm, working on behalf of a wide range of clients, from major corporations to not-for-profit organizations. She spent several years as an Account Executive in broadcasting before becoming Director of New Business Development for a New York radio station.

Building from a diverse marketing and sales background, along with an intuitive sense of matches, Liz spent nearly a decade in legal recruiting before creating Liz Shapiro Legal Search, a company that focuses exclusively on permanent attorney placements. She has been successfully recruiting and placing lawyers in all practice areas from international companies to family businesses to local boutique and major international firms ever since.
